On 18 November, we had the pleasure of taking part in a round-table discussion with Monique Fischer and André Maeder at KaDeWe. The main topic was customer experiences in retail and customer loyalty in relation to the digital age. We were allowed to tell about the history of the Schlossgut, about our vision and our concept to revive the estate with around 400 years of history as a nature-oriented eco-resort, and how we will try to manage the balancing act between tradition and the present.
